Return & Refund Policy

At myJbgstore.com, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we ask that you review this policy carefully.

Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Personalized or custom items

Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Lost Packages
If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
